Degrees
Applied Health Science
Our online Applied Health Science degree program is designed for traditional and nontraditional students with previous coursework in pre-nursing (at least 30 hours) who want to explore careers in the larger healthcare field rather than earn a clinical degree. Students choose from two tracks: Community Health Educator or Health Administration.
Biology
Study topics like genetics, evolution, and ecology while developing essential skills in critical thinking, scientific writing, and data analysis. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in research and fieldwork, key for careers or graduate study in biology and related fields.
Biochemistry
Study the chemical processes behind biological systems, including metabolism, enzymes, and DNA. This concentration blends core chemistry with molecular biology to support careers in health, biotech, and research.
Chemistry
Explore the science behind matter, energy, and chemical reactions through hands-on laboratory experiences and innovative coursework. Develop analytical and problem-solving skills that prepare you for careers in healthcare, research, industry, and graduate study.
Environmental Chemistry
Study the relationship between chemistry and the environment while exploring solutions to real-world challenges like pollution, sustainability, and resource management. Gain practical laboratory and research experience that prepares you for careers focused on environmental protection and scientific discovery.
Geosciences
Discover the processes that shape our planet through the study of Earth’s systems, natural resources, and environmental change. Build field, laboratory, and analytical skills that support careers in environmental science, sustainability, research, and related fields.
Health Information Management
Manage healthcare data systems, electronic records, and compliance standards. This program blends healthcare knowledge with technology and administration.
Medical Laboratory Science
Train in clinical laboratory techniques to support medical diagnoses. The program combines biology, chemistry, and hands-on lab experience.
Nursing
Our on-campus, full-time program begins with pre-nursing classes before you can apply to be fully admitted to the nursing program. Experiential learning in our simulation labs is an important part of the education you’ll receive here at 91¿´Æ¬Íø Southeast. Our challenging program is rigorous, resulting in an exceptional pass rate for the NCLEX-RN. You’ll leave here ready to work in a variety of nursing positions with the skills you need to succeed.
Physics
Investigate the fundamental principles that explain how the universe works, from energy and motion to matter and technology. Build a strong foundation in scientific reasoning, mathematics, and problem-solving for careers in science, engineering, research, and beyond.
Physical Sciences
Gain a broad foundation in chemistry, physics, and Earth sciences while developing the critical thinking and technical skills needed to understand the natural world. Prepare for diverse career pathways through hands-on learning, research opportunities, and interdisciplinary study.
Psychology
Study human behavior, cognition, and emotion. Gain research and applied experience for careers in counseling, healthcare, or human services.
Neuroscience
Explore the biological basis of behavior and cognition through interdisciplinary coursework in psychology, biology, and chemistry. Gain research experience and prepare for careers in healthcare, research, or graduate programs in neuroscience and related fields.
Sustainability and Regeneration
Explore innovative approaches to protecting natural resources, restoring ecosystems, and creating a more sustainable future. Combine science, environmental knowledge, and problem-solving skills to prepare for careers that address today’s environmental challenges.
Sustainability Studies (online)
Connect with real-world sustainability challenges, preparing you to apply sustainable practices in businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits.
